Return Policy

We’ll gladly accept returns or exchanges for any purchases and will issue a full refund upon receiving your items within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by a customer service representative. 

Please follow these instructions: 

  1. Place the unused item in its original condition into original shipper packaging.
  2. Contact our Customer Service Department at  (714) 580-4791 or to obtain your RA (Return Authorization) number. 
  3. We will e-mail you an Electronic Return Label and a summary of the RA transaction for your records.
  4. Take your package to the nearest UPS store. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue your replacement or refund immediately.

All RAs are valid for only 30 days. Any returned item not listed on your RA will not be credited or replaced, and will not be returned.
